Can we customize items within a Collection design?

Each Collection design is intentionally curated to maintain design integrity and streamlined pricing. Items are booked as shown. If couples are interested in customization or additional decor outside of the Collection, those requests can be discussed during the consultation and may involve additional design fees.

Do we need to book every item shown in a Collection?

No. Couples can choose only the items they need from a Collection design. Pieces can be booked individually or in grouped sections (ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, or personal flowers), depending on what best fits the wedding vision.

What does pricing for The Collection include?

Pricing for each item includes the rental or production cost, delivery, setup, tear down, and coordination by the Megan Sawchuk Weddings team. There are no hidden labour or logistics fees for Collection items. Additional travel fees may apply for weddings outside the Calgary area.

Yes. The Collection is available for weddings in Calgary and surrounding areas, including Canmore and the Rocky Mountains. Travel and mileage fees may apply depending on location.
